The Maryland Theatre Welcomes New Executive Director, Bailey Kercheval
Hagerstown, MD — The Maryland Theatre is pleased to announce the appointment of Bailey Kercheval as its new Executive Director, effective September 3, 2025. Kercheval brings more than a decade of leadership experience in the arts and education sector, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer of Sloan School of Music. In his six-year tenure, he managed a team of over 12 employees, 45 instructors, and 750 students, helping to grow the school’s reach and impact within the community.
Kercheval will succeed Jessica Green, who has led The Maryland Theatre through a period of transformation and growth. Over the next two months, Green will work closely with Kercheval to ensure a smooth transition.
