Dr. Mansur officially joins Grace Academy this school year, bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience in Christian education and ministry.

Over the past five years, Grace Academy has experienced tremendous growth, reflecting God’s blessing and the dedication of its teachers, staff, and families. With that growth come important new challenges: creating additional space to serve a growing student population, strengthening professional development for teachers and staff, and preparing for a future building program to expand the school’s capacity.

Dr. Mansur is uniquely equipped to lead Grace Academy during this exciting season. He previously served as a head administrator at Christian schools in Arkansas and Texas, earned a bachelor’s degree in organizational management, an MBA with an emphasis in leadership and ethics, and a Doctor of Education from Regent University. He has also served as an Accreditation Commissioner with the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI).

In addition to his extensive academic and administrative experience, Dr. Mansur has a strong background in ministry, having served as an Associate Pastor for ten years where he led 50 staff members and 300 volunteers. His relational leadership style and heart for Christian education align closely with Grace Academy’s mission to provide students with a Christ-centered environment where they can grow spiritually, academically, and personally.

Dr. Mansur and his wife, Sara, have been married for over 30 years. Together, they have two grown children, a daughter-in-law, and a granddaughter.

Grace Academy invites the Hagerstown community to join in welcoming Dr. Mansur as he begins his leadership role at the school.
