Manage outdoor aquatic areas.  Manage and supervises guard to ensure safe swimming conditions in the pool, on deck, and locker rooms/bathrooms. Work with the Manager to ensure the pool hours are covered. Maintains accurate records and proper pool chemicals.  Creates a safe and positive atmosphere that promotes member safety and engagement in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures.
