About Heather: 

Heather Hughes, PMP, is the founder of Wisteria Marketing Solutions and regularly advises organizations and leads business workshops. She knows firsthand how heavy the mental load of a busy professional life can be. To manage that balance, Heather is currently in Yoga Teacher Training and sharing practical mindfulness tools that fit into a packed schedule.

While most people in the community know her for her marketing strategy, for this session, she is bringing her straightforward, real-world approach to helping women protect their peace and release stress before the holidays.
