Description

Calling all women - Join this powerful group to discuss a variety of topics in an open and trusting environment.

Creating a truly inclusive environment goes beyond good intentions — it starts with everyday actions. In this interactive session, we’ll explore what it really means to create a safe space, why it matters in both personal and professional settings, and how we as women can lead by example. We’ll discuss the role of inclusive language, how to recognize and address unconscious bias, and share practical tips you can use in conversations, meetings, and networking. Through meaningful activities and reflection, you’ll leave with tools to build trust, foster connection, and make others feel genuinely seen and valued — wherever you are.

Whitney ventured into entrepreneurship by co-founding Grace Hauling freight with her fiancé in 2020, and then established A Table Above in 2023. She is dedicated to providing her clients with an amazing and immersive culinary charcuterie experience, meticulously cultivating every detail.
