During this highly interactive session, participants will be introduced to the D, i, S, or C behavioral dimensions using the QuikDiSC® entertaining card game. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of their "superpower" and how it impacts teamwork, communication and productivity. The objective of the session is to explore and deepen self-awareness and improve the ability to work with others. Identify which behavioral style is your "superpower" and use that knowledge to reduce conflict and improve working relationships.
DiSC is an acronym that stands for the four main personality profiles described in the DiSC model: (D)ominance, (i)nfluence, (S)teadiness and (C)onscientiousness. This very quick introduction to the model will provide insight into your preferred behavioral style, which impacts factors like how you influence others and how you respond to challenges, rules and expectations. Join us to have some fun and gain a better understanding of how your superpower (behaviors) contribute to teamwork, leadership and communication!
