About Jim
James R. Snyder has been in the IT industry for over 32 years. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from UMBC and has worked for such Fortune 500 Companies as the Walt Disney Company, IBM, Lowes, Inc., and Proctor & Gamble in both IT Operations and IT Service Management roles. He is currently the Information Technology Manager for the City of Hagerstown, overseeing all of the city’s telecom systems, desktop support, application support, public safety IT (Fire and Police), as well as IT security for city-related systems.
Jim currently resides in Clear Spring, MD with his wife and daughters. He is also a published author and blogger.
