     Business owner, Tameeka Mitchell, a native of Brooklyn, NYC, has been living in Hagerstown for the last decade and has grown her business from a home-based business into the first of its kind balloon bar boutique shop on the square in downtown Hagerstown. Having earned several Balloon Artist and Event Designer certifications, Ms. Mitchell is an alumni of The Incubator at Hagerstown Community College, a member of the Chamber of Commerce, and award winner of Hagerstown Startup Week Business Pitch competition.
