Disease states that Vital Care helps to manage include\, but are not limited to: MS and other neurological conditions\, Crohn's and other GI conditions\, Rheumatoid Arthritis and other autoimmune diseases to name a few.\nVital Care of Hagerstown's patients typically have serious conditions causing significant disability\; the team proudly helps patents maintain or improve their quality of life.\nPatients have the choice of receiving their treatment at home or in one of Vital Care's private infusion suites. The company employs skilled pharmacists and nurses to provide monitoring\, education\, and administration of patient medication. Vital Care of Hagerstown was officially approved by the Maryland Board of Pharmacy in December of 2023.
