Imani “Honey” Zeledon is the owner and heart behind Jalapeño & Honey, a family-owned catering and mobile food brand based in Hagerstown, Maryland. Known for bold empanadas, loaded fries, handcrafted drinks, and unforgettable hospitality, Imani has built a brand centered on flavor, family, and making people feel taken care of.

Alongside her husband Jorge and their children, she is growing Jalapeño & Honey from a passion project into a full hospitality experience, with a mission to feed 10,000 people flava. Imani brings creativity, resilience, and real-life business experience to every room she enters, inspiring women to trust their gifts, own their story, and build boldly.
