The Children's Learning and Empowerment Center of Hagerstown philosophy is rooted in the understanding that children learn best through hands on experiences, guided exploration, and meaningful interactions. We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that empowers children to develop a strong sense of self, build positive relationships, and contribute to their community as confident, compassionate citizens.

The Children's Learning and Empowerment Center of Hagerstown accepts children from 6 weeks old to 4 years old in our childcare program and children from 5 - 12 years old in our after school program. We are open from 7:00 am until 5:30 pm, Monday - Friday.
