Launched in 1945 as the Civic Music Association, the Hagerstown Community Concert Association (HCCA) has endeavored to bring the best in live artistic entertainment to the Hagerstown area. Performances are held at historic Maryland Theatre, one of Western Maryland's premiere locations.
