2027 Nomination Form 2 - Small Nonprofit of they Year

The Small Nonprofit of the Year Award is given to a 501(c)(3) organization providing exemplary services and/or programs with 15 or fewer employees and a physical address in Washington County. The recipient receives an unrestricted grant of $500, made possible by the Community Foundation of Washington County, Maryland.

1. The organization must have a physical location in Washington County.

2. If any of the information provided with this form is inaccurate or incomplete, the nomination will be invalid.

3. The organization you are nominating will be contacted using the information provided with this form.

4. Winners of the Nonprofit of the Year Award from the past five years are not eligible to be considered for the 2027 Small Nonprofit of the Year Award.

5. Finalists for the Nonprofit of the Year Award from the past two years are not eligible to be considered for the 2027 Small Nonprofit of the Year Award.
