2026 Nomination Form 6 - Large Business of the Year

The Large Business of the Year Award is given to a business with 51 or more employees and a physical address in Washington County that has demonstrated any or all of the following:  product or service quality, job creation, innovation, community involvement, high standards in business practice, and a commitment to Washington County and the community.

1. The organization must have a physical location in Washington County. 

2. If any of the information provided with this form is inaccurate or incomplete, the nomination will be invalid. 

3. The organization you are nominating will be contacted using the information provided with this form.

4. Winners of the Large Business of the Year Award from the past five years are not eligible to be considered for the 2026 Large Business of the Year Award.

5. Finalists for the Large Business of the Year Award from the past two years are not eligible to be considered for the 2026 Large Business of the Year Award.

(Finalists of the past two years: BJ's Custom Creations, M&T Bank, Horizon Goodwill Industries, Warehouse Cinemas Leitersburg)

6. As of 2024, 501(c)(3) organizations are not eligible to be considered for the Large Business of the Year Award.
