Crystal Allison is a healthcare account manager that specializes in home infusion outreach across Maryland and Pennsylvania. She builds strategic partnerships with providers, strengthens referral networks, and advocates for improved access in rural communities. With 28 years of nursing experience at Meritus Medical Center in a variety of clinical and leadership roles, she brings deep operational insight and a strong commitment to patient-centered care. In 2019, she published an article in a nursing magazine related to the care of patients with diabetes in the hospital. Crystal has a passion for researching and speaking about how mindset shapes personal and professional growth. Outside of work, she’s dedicated to faith-based youth leadership, family, and creative community engagement.
