Come on out to Meinelschmidt Distillery for some casual networking! Bring along a friend or co-worker too!! Spread the word to as many young professionals as you can! Meinelschmidt produces high-quality bourbon, whiskey and vodka right in the heart of downtown Hagerstown. 


GenNext was created to benefit young professionals from the ages of 21 to 40. The group meets for professional development events, networking, volunteer initiatives, casual group outings, and more. Events are specifically structured to help young professionals advance in their communication, networking, and leadership skills. In addition, we strive for GenNext members to become advocates through community involvement in the Hagerstown-Washington County region.
