This event is open to all - you don't have to be a Veteran to attend!

About Richard:

Richard E. Rutherford, Jr., Finance Manager for United Way of Washington County, MD. Richard has over 40 years of experience in multiple sectors of business operations, ranging from Department Manager and Store Manager to Field Manager. While working in the business world, he also received a Bachelor of Biblical Studies-Pastoral Ministry in 2008, which he used as a Pastor for over 20 years. Richard served in the United States Air Force as a Law Enforcement Specialist and then in the West Virginia Air National Guard as a Production Control Technician.

Doors will open at 7:45, program will begin at 8.
