Crunch Fitness is an innovative fitness club that first opened in 1989 in New York City. The company attracted customers by offering unique classes, a “no judgement” philosophy, and by making fitness fun. As more Crunch locations started to pop up across the United States, the company started to expand to different countries. For 35 years, Crunch has offered a fun, innovative experience at over 450 locations across the globe.

Chad Smith, the owner of Hagerstown’s club, also owns multiple clubs in Pennsylvania through the company Fitness Growth Capital LLC.  Over the past several years, Chad Smith has helped create multiple successful clubs that continue to thrive.

Crunch Fitness Hagerstown is the newest gym in town, having opened on July 13, 2024. With top-of-the-line equipment, friendly staff, a variety of amenities, hundreds of fun classes, a “no judgement” philosophy, and now in Hagerstown- a location near you! The Crunch Fitness team wanted to give Hagerstown the gym it deserves: one that is reasonably priced, has a great staff, amazing classes, awesome amenities, and is conveniently located in the area.
