Calling all women - Join this powerful group to discuss a variety of topics in an open and trusting environment.

This gathering serves as an introduction to Solara Nexus—a community-centered wellness studio dedicated to nervous-system–informed practices, creative healing, and accessible tools for personal and professional wellbeing.

As part of the morning, Solara Nexus will host Kimberly McClure for a guided introduction to NeuroArt and Neurographica—innovative, brain-based methods used to support clarity, emotional regulation, resilience, and intentional growth. Kimberly will share how these practices can be applied individually, in workplace environments, and within community spaces.

Participants will also experience a guided NeuroTree Drawing focused on Gratitude, offering a simple, experiential way to explore how creativity and wellness intersect. No artistic experience is required.

This event reflects the heart of Solara Nexus: creating spaces where education, embodiment, and community connection come together in practical, meaningful ways.

We look forward to welcoming Chamber members and community leaders to Solara Nexus and sharing what’s possible when wellness is approached with intention and inclusivity.
